As a second generation, family owned farming operation with modern laying hen farms and state-of-the-art egg grading plants located in central and south Florida, we make over 1,000 deliveries a week of farm-fresh eggs directly to Publix stores. Within hours from the time the eggs are laid, they are washed, graded, cartoned and inspected by USDA, ready for delivery the next day.
